Return Policy

Whilst we trust that the carrier will take good care of your package, we do accept that sometimes goods can get damaged.  We ask that if your parcel is received in a damaged condition you do not sign that you receive it in good condition, please sign for it as damaged and notify us immediately.   We may ask for a photograph of the damage to assist with our claim against the carrier, and we also ask that you do not dispose of the goods until we advise that it is ok.  We will always deal with any problem you encounter on an individual basis, and will act as quickly as possible to replace or refund you for the cost of the goods as we see fit. 

Should you change your mind about any item that you have purchased, we will reimburse you for the cost of the item once you have returned it to us.  We ask that you obtain a proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for an item not reaching us.
