Cost Of Goods & Shipping: The price of all goods is clearly displayed.  Other than the additional charge for postage there are no hidden additional costs or charges. 

Returns: We wish to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase, and offer a refund/exchange if the goods dispatched are faulty or not as we describe. 

Method Of Payment: We accept payment by all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, cheque and postal order.  All goods remain the property of Only Natural Pet Supplies until they are paid for in full.
